To start, I needed to activate the starter and ended up with about 200g of discard. I also wanted to make some biscuits. I hate cleaning the food grater, so I used my dough blender on a right out of the fridge cubed stick of butter. I also baked them on a greased cast iron skillet. The next time I do this, I will try to add some buttermilk and some more flour.
